Refund and Returns Policy

At BuyDrones, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including factory seal and accessories).
  • Opened, used, or damaged drones cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or flown drones (for safety and warranty reasons).
  • Accessories such as batteries, propellers, or memory cards (unless defective).
  • Clearance or sale items.

3. Defective or Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/videos of the issue so we can verify the problem. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@buydrones.com.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

7. Warranty Claims

Most drones come with a manufacturer’s warranty (6–12 months depending on the brand). For warranty-related issues after the return period, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for guidance.
